Persante Health Care introduces Home Delivery Service Model

December, 2016 – Persante Health Care’s Continuing Care Division (Mt. Laurel, NJ) is excited to announce the launch of their new Patient Adherence Management Service or PAMS via a Home Delivery model. This new service option will be accompanied with a high touch compliance program to better support patients with their CPAP therapy needs.

The PAMS Home Delivery model utilizes the latest CPAP technology sent directly to the patient’s door with remote instructions and coaching from a Registered Respiratory Therapist. The PAMS Compliance program, developed by Philips Respironics, is a proven patient compliance program with a specific patient contact protocol to help drive patient usage and acceptance of PAP therapy. The program results will yield 80% patient compliance or better on participants of the program. “We are excited to launch this unique option to our patients and physicians in an effort to reach a larger patient base in need of the gold standard therapy for sleep apnea,” stated Joseph LaPorta, CEO of Persante Health Care. “In the very short period of launching this additional service option, we have experienced much positive feedback and acceptance by our community of users.”
