Persante Continuing Care is a Joint Commission accredited provider of medical equipment, specializing in the management of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Persante Continuing Care also accepts most major insurances for patients who want and need to utilize Persante’s medical equipment.

Home Delivery Remote Setup (HDRSU) Program

Persante ships the prescribed PAP unit directly to the patient. At the patient’s convenience, the assigned Sleep Coach instructs the patient on PAP setup remotely over the phone.

Patient Adherence Management Service (PAMS): Compliance Program

Persante launched the Patient Adherence Management Service (PAMS), developed by Philips Respironics, to drive usage and acceptance of PAP therapy. This structured compliance program is proven to raise the PAP compliant rate for patients.

Persante Continuing Care launched the Home Delivery Remote Setup (HDRSU) as a means to provide convenient CPAP set-up scheduling for our patients’ busy lives while increasing the patient compliance rate. As a result, Persante’s patient compliance rate increased to 70% – well above the national average.

 

Persante Continuing Care launched PAMS in 2016 to better support patients with their CPAP therapy needs. As a result, Persante’s patient compliance rate increased to 78% – well above the national average.
