Bretton joins Persante’s executive leadership team as the organization continues building momentum by expanding its sleep management services, strengthening strategic partnerships, and supporting hospitals, health systems, physician practices, and sleep centers nationwide.
About Bretton Lane
With more than 25 years of experience spanning sleep medicine, diagnostics, virtual healthcare, and healthcare operations, Bretton brings a strategic perspective and operational expertise developed through decades of leadership in the sleep industry. Her experience strengthening operations, expanding access to care, and leading innovation makes her an exceptional addition to Persante’s executive team.
Most recently, Bretton served as President of BetterNight, where she helped guide the company’s expansion from approximately 20 employees to nearly 450. During her tenure, she oversaw operations spanning sleep diagnostics, virtual care, durable medical equipment (DME), dental sleep medicine, and population health initiatives while leading operational transformation and strategic expansion across the organization.
